Gripforce products are warranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase. Gripforce's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting, at their option, any part found to be defective. Gripforce does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products when not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for such installation and maintenance practices of the automotive industry. Gripforce will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequent losses that might be claimed as a result of failure of any part(s), nor shall they be liable for damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from the misuses or improper installation of any part(s) subject to this warranty. Gripforce reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part(s) failed because of a defect in material or in workmanship.

Gripforce liability here under does not include labor charges, incidental, special, or consequential damages. No other warranty is hereby given, obligation under this warranty. Except as provided in this limited warranty or any of the warranty required by law, all other warranties expressed or implied including merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are waived. All applicable warranties shall expire in 1 year or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase. All non-defective returns authorized by Gripforce are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. The customer must prepay all freight charges on the return of such parts.
